My story since graduation

I found retirement to be quite isolating and boring especially since my husband still works full-time+! In January 2013 I decided to return to being a Registered Nurse in Recovery Room at Maplewood Surgery Center in Maplewood (St. Paul), MN. I only work 2-3 days/week but I truly enjoy it! The other RNs are very nice and we are all in the 40-68 age range. I do enjoy traveling. My husband and I went to Norway and Sweden for several weeks in May this year. We had never been there before and we were breathless at the beauty.....especially of the Fjords. I'm going to have to give some thought to the other questions on this profile!

Happy Birthday Mike!
And I want to thank you for your military service during the Vietnam war! I was in nursing school at that time. Some military officials came recruiting and I was so tempted to go. I was engaged to be married and I really wanted to have a child so I didn’t join. I love that child dearly but it was a very difficult choice at the time!
